成熟的桑椹味道清甜,每逢當造時我必定買些來浸酒,或製些桑椹蜜自用.桑椹有滋補肝腎,聰耳明目,安神,潤腸等功效.可用來防治失眠健忘,目暗耳鳴,便秘,白髮等症.配合大棗,杞子炮製成蜜膏,對神經衰弱,失眠,白髮,脫髮等未老先衰症狀大有幫助.
用料是: 鮮桑椹4兩,紅棗6兩,杞子4兩,蜂蜜300克.
做法: 桑椹,紅棗,杞子洗淨,紅棗去核,切絲;將三物加水蓋過面少許,煮30分鐘,取汁後,再加水蓋過面,再煮半小時,取汁後將兩汁合併,小火煎熬至較黏稠時,加入蜂蜜調勻即成.每次服1湯匙,用温水沖服.1日2次.
~ 小貼士: 這款蜜膏味道可口,對婦女產後或大病剛愈,身體虛弱者亦非常適合.常服有潤膚養顏功效,可作為中,老年人的家常保健品.

買了一大包杞子及元肉已一段時間,各還剩半包但顏色已變深啡。兩者在浸水後顔色又變淺了很多,反而水就便成啡色。請問兩者還可食用嗎?

黑梅和桑椹子是兩種不同果實,你哪裡可買到黑梅?你指烏梅是不是?烏梅有止咳化痰,安蛔驅蟲,收歛生津等功用,和桑椹子完全不同.

你所提的食材懷孕初期可以用.但黨參,北茋用量宜少,一星期用1~2次已足夠.其它常用没問題.

i would like to use a 強力高速攪拌機 to make 山渣桂皮蔗糖糙米糕! if i buy 山渣桂皮 from a medicine store, can i blend them and eat them directly? Or, 山渣桂皮 只可取水不能吃渣?

山楂可以攪碎,但其中有些硬核要浸軟後除去才放入攪拌器攪.桂皮亦很硬,可以去超巿或售賣東南亞食品的店買肉桂粉,放1/2茶匙下去製糕就成.

If after drinking fresh fruit juice (using blendar) OR five beans soup (already adding 果皮 + 把豆發芽 + 白穫炒) but still feel 酸 in the stomach, may i know what is the problem? Or, what can i do to remedy the situation? Thanks very much!! : )

可能你胃寒,如果飲鮮榨果汁,宜加些少生薑汁,或肉桂粉拌勻服,有助暖胃袪寒.五色豆湯加果皮很對,試不要加豆芽,因為如果胃寒就不太適合.加3片乾薑,幾粒紅棗就較適合.乾薑能治裡寒之症.在中藥店有售.如没有乾薑,就用多幾片生薑.

另外, 有個朋友媽媽腰旁邊O既肌肉24小時麻痺, 但睇醫生又搵唔出係咩事? 芳姐有無咩見解呢?

桑椹高有傷風,感冒及脾胃虛寒泄瀉者不宜服.你朋友母親腰肌麻痺,連醫生都檢查不出,很難斷到她是什麼原因引致.試用熱毛巾作外敷,即很熱的水,戴厚手套將毛巾浸濕後,扭到極乾作外敷,大約敷5,6分鐘,看能否改善症狀?一定要扭到毛巾很乾才不會燙傷皮膚.主要作用是通血脈.

i would like to use a 強力高速攪拌機 to make 薑汁糙米糕 or 山渣桂皮蔗糖糙米糕! i think i would steam them. Sorry, are these combinations okay? i am afraid that it will cause problems.
Also, if i make fruit juice using a 強力高速攪拌機, what can i add into the drink to blend together so that 胃寒 people okay to drink. It is afraid that just taking fruit juice will cause stomach ache.

你製作的糕點材料不相沖的,没問題.鮮果汁會寒涼,建議加1茶匙薑汁,或鮮榨果汁時放小塊生薑同榨汁就不會寒涼.或買些肉桂粉,飲用前加少許肉桂粉就可減其寒涼之性.肉桂粉屬温熱之品,對胃寒者甚宜.

生的,青皮番茄含龍葵素,(像薯仔發芽時那種毒素),不能食,但將生番茄放到熟,龍葵素自然消失,故買生番茄回來可擺放幾日食用.

Some people recommend us to drink 催芽豆漿 or make soup using 催了芽的豆. Is this really good for Chinese people to eat?
Also, it is good for Chinese people to eat raw vegetable juices like those 生機湯? Will those soups too 寒涼to drink??

大豆發了芽,由於酶的作用,引起腹脹的棉子糖等在發芽時消失了,而更因在發芽期間促使植酸的降解,產生了更多的磷,鋅等礦物質.胡蘿蔔素等維生素更增加了2~3倍,維生素B12大約增加了10倍,其含有的磷酸酶,能補充癲癇病人大腦中所缺乏的這種酶,因此大豆芽菜有緩解癲癇病的作用.你所提及的催芽豆漿我未試過,應該是有益健康的.但當然性寒涼,可以加兩片薑同煮滾服用.生機湯都一樣.

因為這個湯是一次飲的。
